Fondant is an icing that you can roll out. Covering cakes with fondant gives that smooth, flawless finish. Fondant can also be used for flowers, figures, and accents on a cake or cupcakes.
Gumpaste:
Gumpaste is also used for some flowers, figures, and accents on the cakes and cupcakes. It has a slightly sweet, candy-like flavor.
Cake Sizes:
*Other flavors and sizes could be available if asked for by customer.
Every part of every cake and cupcakes is edible [obviously except for the cupcake papers!]
Cake Tastings:
Tastings can be done by appointment. I can meet at your house, my place, or at a neutral location.
You can choose two flavors of cake and two flavors of frosting to taste.
You can bring up to two people [example: you, your fiance, a friend].
